All 47 counties in Kenya are covered by our delivery network
Nairobi and surrounding areas have same-day and next-day delivery options
Major towns including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Thika have expedited delivery
2. Delivery Times
Our delivery times vary based on your location. These are estimated business days from order confirmation:
Nairobi CBD: Same day (orders before 12 PM) or 1 business day
Greater Nairobi (Westlands, Karen, Kasarani, etc.): 1-2 business days
Nairobi Metropolitan (Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado): 2-3 business days
Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2-4 business days
Other county headquarters: 3-5 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are competitive and transparent. Costs depend on your location and order value:
Nairobi CBD: KES 200 - 300
Greater Nairobi: KES 250 - 400
Major towns: KES 300 - 500
Other counties: KES 400 - 800
Remote areas: KES 500 - 1,000
4. Delivery Partners
We dispatch your parcel to a convenient pickup point near you through Kenya's leading courier and coach services, including:
Our own Green World delivery fleet within Nairobi and major towns
Courier services including G4S, Fargo Courier and Wells Fargo
Pick Up Mtaani and other doorstep and agent pickup networks
Coach parcel services including Easy Coach, Ena Coach, Modern Coast and Mash Poa
Self-collection at our pick-up stations across Kenya
5. Delivery Process
Here's what to expect when your order is on its way:
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order
Processing: We prepare your order for shipment (usually within 24 hours)
Dispatch: Your package is handed to our delivery partner
In Transit: Track your package using the tracking number provided
Delivery Attempt: Our agent will contact you before delivery
Delivery Completion: Confirm receipt and enjoy your products
6. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, please note the following:
Provide accurate and complete delivery address including landmarks
Ensure your phone number is correct and reachable
Someone should be available to receive the package
Check your package before signing for delivery
Report any damage or discrepancy immediately to the delivery agent
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt:
Our delivery agent will attempt to contact you via phone
A second delivery attempt will be made the following business day
After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
You may be charged a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts
Contact us to reschedule delivery at your convenience

Express Delivery: Same-day delivery in Nairobi (additional charges apply)
Scheduled Delivery: Choose a specific delivery date
Gift Delivery: We can deliver directly to gift recipients
