Green World Kenya Store Credit provides a convenient way to save on future purchases. Whether earned through refunds, referrals, or promotions, Store Credit gives you flexibility and value. Read on to understand how Store Credit works and how you can make the most of it.
1. What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is a credit balance added to your Green World Kenya account that can be used for future purchases:
Works like a gift card linked to your account
Can be used for any products on our website
No expiration date limitations (valid for 12 months)
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Transferred to your account within 24 hours of issuance
2. How to Earn Store Credit
There are several ways to earn Store Credit:
Choosing Store Credit option for refunds (5% bonus added)
Referral program rewards
Loyalty program points conversion
Promotional campaigns and special offers
Compensation for service issues
Birthday rewards for registered members
3. Using Store Credit
Here's how to use your Store Credit:
Store Credit is automatically available in your account
Select 'Apply Store Credit' at checkout
Enter the amount you wish to use
Remaining balance can be paid via other methods
Credit is deducted immediately upon order placement
4. Store Credit Balance
Managing your Store Credit balance:
View balance in 'My Account' > 'Store Credit'
Balance is shown at checkout
Transaction history available in your account
Email notifications for credit additions
No minimum balance required
5. Validity Period
Important information about Store Credit validity:
Standard validity: 12 months from issue date
Promotional credits may have shorter validity
Validity period shown in your account
Email reminder sent 30 days before expiry
Expired credit cannot be reinstated
6. Store Credit Refunds
When you choose Store Credit for refunds:
5% bonus credit added to refund amount
Processed within 24 hours of approval
Immediately available for use
Combines with existing Store Credit balance
Cannot be converted to cash after selection
7. Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions:
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be transferred to another account
Cannot be used for gift card purchases
Partial redemption allowed
One Store Credit account per customer
8. Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order paid with Store Credit:
Store Credit is automatically restored
Original credit validity period maintained
Bonus credits may be forfeited if applicable
Mixed payment orders: credit restored first
Allow up to 24 hours for restoration
9. Lost Store Credit
Protecting your Store Credit:
Keep your account credentials secure
Store Credit cannot be recovered if account is compromised
Report unauthorized use immediately
Regular account activity monitoring recommended
Two-factor authentication available
