Our pick-up service offers a convenient and cost-effective way to receive your orders:
Select 'Pick-up' as your delivery option during checkout
Choose your preferred pick-up station from the available list
Complete your order and payment
Wait for an SMS/email notification that your order is ready
Visit the station with your order confirmation and ID
Collect your package - it's that simple!

3. Pick-up Requirements
When collecting your order, please ensure you have:
Order confirmation (SMS, email, or app notification)
Valid government-issued ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
If someone else is collecting, they need: your authorization and their ID
Order number for quick retrieval
4. Pick-up Timeline
Please note the following timelines for pick-up orders:
Orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
You'll receive a notification when your order is ready
Orders must be collected within 7 days of the ready notification
Uncollected orders after 7 days may be returned to inventory
Extensions can be arranged by contacting customer support
